    Here at Cerio Ambrosia Martial Arts, we have a martial arts program for all ages and fitness levels. We are centrally located in the heart of North Kingstown Rhode Island, and have been at this same location since 1980!


    Our mission is to provide a customized, to the individual, martial arts instruction that all students, regardless of ability, in an effort to enhance self-esteem and to help develop a positive attitude, allowing students to not only defend and protect themselves, but also to feel better about themselves.


    For decades, Cerio Ambrosia Martial Arts (Formally Ocean State Martial Arts) continue to take a personal interest in each and every student and family. It is our goal not to simply have a student attend a martial arts class, but to allow everyone to have an inspirational and enlightening experience each and every training session.


    While learning how to defend oneself is the central focus of Cerio Ambrosia Martial Art, we take our responsibility seriously to ensure that each student develops valuable life skills in the areas of self empowerment, self-confidence, leadership, and the ability to know how and when to defend one's self, to name a few. At Cerio Ambrosia Martial Arts, we focus on each individual, and know that our students will gain the skills to achieve all their personal goals and aspirations in the real world.

    My Cama has been proudly serving the Rhode Island community since 1980. We offer a variety of martial arts classes in North Kingstown for children and adults, including:


    - Children's Martial Arts group classes

    - Kickboxing - cardio blast for adults (18+)

    - Private lessons in Karate, Kenpo, Jiu-Jitsu

    - Special workshops in self-defense for women, children, and men

    Cerio Ambrosia Martial Arts is open Mondays through Thursdays from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are currently closed on Sundays.
